Instructions: VSL#3® capsules can be consumed with a cold, non-carbonated beverage. However, they should not be consumed with hot beverages or foods, as high heat inactivates the live bacteria. Storage: VSL#3® should be stored under refrigeration (36-46°F) but can be kept at room temperature (77°F) for up to 2 weeks without any noticeable loss in potency. Dosage: Take as directed by your physician (usual adult dosage is 2 capsules as needed, up to 4 times a day).
